TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Clients email is required to be listed as the Primary Email on: (a) The E-File module for the assigned case (b) Entry of Appearance for the assigned case (c) Email signature line of all email communication for the assigned case (d) Signature line of all pleadings filed for the said case.
2. Law Firm agrees to complete all work exclusively in advised online cloud platform so that the Client can review collaborate simultaneously if need be.
3. Law Firm acknowledges, understands and agrees that verbal agreements are non-binding.
4. All settlements, including but not limited to, settlement agreements, releases and/or orders or stipulations of dismissals, are required to be in writing and require the Client's original signature unless the Client gives prior written instructions to the Law Firm confirming otherwise.
5. Before taking any action on Clients behalf, Law Firm is required to advise Client regarding the possible results and consequences of any filings and/or correspondence.
6. Law Firm is not authorized to converse with the OC unless the Client and/or Judge is present on this communication. 
7. Law Firm is to get Client written approval as to the contents of any proposed email that Law Office desires to sent to other parties, which once approved by the Client, Law Office is still required to bcc Client.  All communication with other parties shall be via email and bcc'ed to the Client. 
8. All verbal communication initiated by other parties to the Law Firm must be kept to a the maximum of 6 minutes and instead communication should be directed via email with the Client cc'ed or bcc'ed into all communications.
9. Law Firm is required to forward (to the Clients email) any and all e-filings made by the Opposing party and/or OC within 24 hours of the receipt of such e-filing.  Law Firm is required to furnish (the Client with) copies of all documents served, filed and received by the Law Firm pertaining in anyway to the subject of the representation within 24 hours of receipt.   
10. All documents must be approved by Client minimum of three-business days before being filed.
11. Should the Law Firm file a document without the explicit written approval of the Client then the Law Firm understands and agrees that such filing shall constitute a material breach of this agreement.
12. Any and all work that Law Firm desires to do, must be authorized in terms of number of billable hours, prior to Law Firm commencing on the work.
13. To ascertain if the Law Firm has billed reasonably for a task, Client can of course get outside opinion from another attorney.
14. Billing rate is billed in increments of 1/10th of an hour.
15. Law Firm understands that the use of any coverage attorney to cover court hearing requires the prior written approval from the Client. 
16. Law Firm understands that the Client does not allow attending Court hearings via phone unless instructed otherwise by the Client in writing for that specific hearing.
17. There is no reimbursement for long distance, printing, photocopies, etc. unless such costs are pre-approved in writing by the Client. The bill rate in the agreement is inclusive of any travel (unless specified otherwise below), parking or any other alleged out of pocket expense incurred by the Law Firm.
